Executive Staff

  • David Walters

    General Manager

    Chief Administrative Officer of the Grand Haven Board of Light and Power. Under the policy direction of the Board of Light & Power’s five member elected Board, provides management direction of all operational and planning activities and functions involved in the production, distribution, and sale of electrical capacity and energy.

  • Erik Booth

    Power Supply Manager

    Responsible for the administration, technical supervision, operation and maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance of all generation facilities and market energy transactions.

  • Robert Shelley

    Distribution & Engineering Manager

    Responsible for the planning, construction, and reliability of the BLP distribution and transmission system, technical services area, and for compliance with environmental, general safety, and any other rules, regulations and legalities associated with the operation and maintenance of an electric utility distribution and transmission system.

  • Lynn Diffell

    Accounting and Finance Manager

    Responsible for planning, directing, and controlling finance, accounting, budgeting, contract negotiations, and customer services.

  • Renee Molyneux

    Administrative Services Manager

    Responsible for human resources, labor relations, media relations, community relations, information technology, safety programming and risk management. Also serves as secretary to the Board of Light & Power’s five member elected Board.
