Public Notice of Special Board Meeting, Monday February 23, 2026.

Please take notice that Grand Haven Board of Light & Power’s Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 23 2026, at 1700 Eaton Drive, Grand Haven, Michigan. The meeting will begin at 4:30pm. The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Section 8(1)(e) of the Open Meetings Act.
Individuals may participate in the Public Comment period of the meeting by:
1. Prior to the meeting, residents may electronically submit comments or questions to the
Board Secretary via email at dmartin@ghblp.org. Electronic submissions must contain the
individual’s name and address.
2. Participants attending the meeting in-person may speak during the Public Comment period
of the meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.
