Start Service for a Residential Owned Property

Contact us to get started. Call us at 616-846-6250, or stop in the office at 1700 Eaton Drive, Grand Haven, MI, 49417 Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm to set up your appointment.

You will receive your first bill in approximately four to six weeks. To go paperless or set up automatic payments, register for a free SmartHub account following your account setup.

Start Service for a Residential Rental Property

Option 1: In Person

  1. Visit us Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at 1700 Eaton Drive, Grand Haven, MI, 49417
  2. Bring a copy of your lease, signed by the landlord and tenant. Along with a signed lien waiver form if one was provided by your landlord.
  3. Pay a $200 deposit by check, cash, or credit card

Option 2: Remotely

  1. Email your signed lease to customerservice@ghblp.org and include your phone number.
  2. A customer service representative will call to set up your account by phone. At the end of the call, you will be provided with your new account number.
  3. Pay a $200 deposit online with the Make a One Time Payment option on our Pay My Bill page by entering your account number and last name and submitting the payment.
