Please take notice that Grand Haven Board of Light & Power’s Board of Directors will hold a Special Board meeting on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 1700 Eaton Drive, Grand Haven, Michigan. The meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will move into a closed session for a Periodic Personnel Evaluation Review of a Public Officer.
Individuals will have two opportunities to participate in the Public Comment period in real-time during the meeting:
1. Prior to the meeting, residents may electronically submit comments or questions to the Board Secretary via email at rmolyneux@ghblp.org. Electronic submissions must contain the individual’s name and address.
2. Participants attending the meeting in person may speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Comments will be limited to three minutes per speaker.
