We received two calls from customers reporting there are people claiming to be Grand Haven Board of Light and Power employees demanding the homeowner grants access to their backyards for an inspection. They threatened the homeowners the police would be called if the homeowner did not allow them access. Please be aware that these people are NOT from the BLP.
When BLP utility workers show up to your house, we will have identifiable uniforms and trucks with a big BLP emblem visible.
